The boss forgot all about our lunch so he asked Kok Wu to pass us all RM10 for lunch, which wasnt quite enough I might add. Like one plate of fried rice costs RM14.50 and Ginger Beef with Rice costs RM16. So altogether, Joanne & I spent RM30.50 on lunch alone. Aikss.
Free potato soup courtesy of Auntie Winnie, the manager there.
Joanne's Nasi Goreng after we ate it.

Since today was our first day we didnt get to do much. Spent the whole day pretty much doing nothing. Almost died of dehydration since it was SOOOO humid! Kuching weather. Damn hot. Plus, the Celcom shirt DOES NOT absorb sweat. Go figure.
Me trying to drink my potato soup in peace.

We only had one group come in all day. Which was a group from Trinidad. The Blackman Family of Love or sth like that. Yups, they were all surnamed Blackman and it kinda suited their skin colour. Damn friendly people I must say.

So anyways, today was kinda boring. Ended up playing pool all day and constantly falling asleep. The weather was a bicth. Damn hot all day. Super humid. And the foreigners didnt come in til late in the day. Celcom is offering FREE Sim packs to foreigners. Hoping that they will be using Celcom and then constantly reloading. That way, we can earn thru reload coupons. Smart eh? Foreigners can also rent our phones. The rates are as follows:
LG Phone : RM10.20/day [USD 3]
Vodafone : RM 17/day [USD 5]
Deposit : RM340 [USD100]

So in case the foreigners run off with our phones, we stil untung RM340. :) Then they get preloaded RM15 in their phones. Reloads after that would be charged accordingly. They were also given gift packs cointaining a Celcom brochure, IDD calling rates, FREE pen and a FREE keychain.
